The
passage entitled "Hearing Problems" is at Academic Module level
The passage entitled "ST. MICHAEL'S SCHOOL FOR THE
DIFFERENTLY ABLED" is at General Training Module level.
Note:
Academic Students should also practice with the General
Training Module reading passages, since the reasoning
behind the notes for the answers is applicable to both
Modules.

The
question types are similar to those in the actual IELTS test.
However, the
format of these practice tests does not resemble the IELTS Reading
test exactly. This is partly due to the electronic medium we are using.
i.e.
in the IELTS test there are reading passages of varying length and
difficulty.
Also,
the reading passages in the actual IELTS test have fewer questions
per passage than the practice download passages.
*
Read
the questions below the reading passage before reading the passage
for the answers. In the actual IELTS Reading test it is not a good
idea to read the passage in full because you will probably run out
of time.
Note:
There are no time restrictions to the practice download exercises.
For practice you may take as long as you wish to answer the questions.
*
Place the answers
to the questions in the blue boxes as you
refer to the reading passage.

by clicking on the Answers link below the last set of questions.
